Bartlesville’s newest addition is getting everyone excited about what’s to come. The Tropical Smoothie Cafe is located at 3315 East Frank Phillips Boulevard and has been very busy, hence it’s grand opening. Is it worth the hype though?

On Tuesday, January 18th at 8:20 pm, I went to the cafe and ordered two Bahama Mama smoothies. The inside of the building was very clean, colorful, had very nice seating, and it has a bar you can sit at so you can watch the employees make your order. When they were taking my order, they were very polite and respectful. It took about fifteen minutes waiting inside for them to finish making my order, with there being more people walking in and cars going through the drive-thru.

The Bahama Mama consists of strawberries, pineapple, coconut, and white chocolate. They come in very good-sized cups, they’re very good quality and keep your smoothie nice and cold. There was nothing I didn’t like about this amazing smoothie, it’s my new favorite comfort drink! The Tropical Smoothie Cafe also has many different foods to choose from such as sandwiches, quesadillas, salads, wraps, and flatbreads. There’s also a kid’s menu consisting of grilled cheese, wraps, and sandwiches with five different sides to choose from.

Catering is an option as well with three bundles to pick from. There are a lot of good deals, coupons, and there’s an app available to download on mobile devices that has a rewards system where if you spend one dollar, it equals one point. If you get fifty-five points, you get five dollars off your order. I highly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
